The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the progress of the project after the first year.
Main agenda items:
-checklist of the activities that must have been done during the first year
-presentation of the dissemination activities that each partner has done
-to present the problems we encountered, discuss them to find the right solutions and take corrective measures
-to discuss together and analyze the Interim Report we all must submit
-to revise the activity plan with deadlines, responsibilities, tasks for the second year so that each partner have a clear understanding of their role in this project and of the next steps, creating a document to be signed with all these tasks/responsibility/deadline
-to set the exact dates for the Learning, Teaching, Training Activities in the second year

The First Transnational Project Meeting will be organized by Liceul Tehnologic Octavian Goga Jibou, Romania.

Discussion about school (background, profile of participating students, personal and professional expectations)
Reviewing tasks and responsibilities, dissemination tools, helping each other with technical issues (website, Facebook page, eTwinning, YouTube channel) in English
Dissemination tools in national languages
Setting the rules for the Logo Contest
Template for the Student’s Learning Diary
Template for lesson plans/Activity descriptions (outdoor lessons for each school subject)
Setting the activities and school subjects for each month
Setting the date for the Learning/Teaching/Training Activity in Spain
