- Administrator of the common website
- Documenting the meetings (photos/videos)
- Creating the online surveys for students (pre-survey/mid-survey/final survey), gathering data, writing reports
- Organizing/Hosting the first Transnational Project Meeting (January 2018)
- Organizing/Hosting the last Transnational Project Meeting (November 2019)

-Presentation of the project: objectives and future activities

-Traditional meals from our partners’ countries
-Raffle with prizes (T-Shirts, balls and a tablet) money will be donated to an elderly care centre
